AVAILABILITY, PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

Please note: Though we endeavor to keep our on-line inventories current, at times demand exhausts stocks before we are able to review and update our website. Even though an item may say "In Stock" it does not necessarily mean the item is available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. In the event an item is not currently available, we will attempt to offer you an alternative solution and choices if available, including a full refund. You may contact us prior to ordering and we will be happy to check availability should you have a concern. For more information, please see FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions under Customer Service).

CREDIT CARDS AND NON-CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: We accept Visa and Master Card credit cards only. With prior permission, we may also accept Money Orders purchased from a United States Post Office or from a recognizable major name bank, and on rare occasions a personal check. Third party checks are only accepted except from schools and organizations. (Please call us for details and prior permission for schools, organizations and non-credit card payments.) For your protection, do not send cash! We only accept cash payment from customers visiting our physical store at 1294 E. 1st Ave., Chico, CA 95926. For security reasons, America's Team Sports reserves the right to hold credit card orders for verification. Personal checks and money orders must clear prior to merchandise ordering or shipping. Please allow sufficient time for this to occur for non-credit card payments.

SECURITY: We make all reasonable efforts to keep your information as secure as possible and to ensure your privacy. Information you submit is not sold, leased or otherwise given to any third party for solicitation purposes. Exception: we do reserve the right to periodically email you on behalf of Team Sports' related advertising or correspondence, and we must give your contact and financial information to our merchant services company who processes our order payments... and of course, as required by Federal officials if so ordered. Please be sure to include a valid email address and phone number with your order. We make every reasonable effort to use up-to-date security precautions for electronically storing and handling of your information. Your customer contact information will be maintained in your customer record at our website, accessed by user name and a password customer chooses. For your security, we do not retain your financial information inside your customer account record at our website. However, it is maintained within our computer system(s) and on internal receipts. Physical receipts are shredded within a reasonable time-frame or secured in a locked, non-public environment. However, we will not be held liable for lost or stolen information in the event of terrorism, acts of God or nature except as required by law for any loss or inconvenience. Customers voluntarily give us permission to use personal and credit card information to pay for selected merchandise, taxes and shipping.

PAYMENT/SHIPPING: Payment is in U.S. dollars only. All military or pre-approved international orders (shipping outside of the United States) will be sent via United States Postal Service (USPS). Customers are solely responsible for any sales tax, duty and customs charges, shipping and handling fees, if applicable. Your local government determines duty and customs charges. Team Sports does not assume responsibility or liability for any lost or stolen shipments while in transit with any transportation company or postal service or for items being returned to our store. SHIPPING WITHIN UNITED STATES:

  • Shipping prices are fixed for 1 and 2 to 3 items. When ordering 4 or more items, please call or email so we may determine the appropriate shipping charges. If you are a coach, team manager or involved in ordering for a team, you may be eligible for special team pricing with a minimum of 6 like items. All charges and prices are subject to change without notice at any time. However, should changes occur, this will not affect orders already placed.
  • Team Sports "drop-ships" product items as much as possible directly from the manufacturer(s) distribution center(s). However, we do check our in-store inventory first. If the item is in our store (located in Northern California), we will ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). Many of our vendors use Fed Ex. Nike drop-ship items have a Fed Ex signature requirement upon delivery. If you know you will not be available to sign on delivery, please either ship your items to your place of employment or another address where someone will be available to sign for your package, or leave a note for the driver. We have no control over this requirement.
  • Team Sports offers a variety of shipping choices within the United States: Ground (5 to 10 business days, weekends/holidays excluded), Faster Ground (3 to 4), Expedited (2 to 3) and RUSH (1 to 2). Please allow an additional 24 to 72 hours for processing time prior to shipment after order submission. There is NO guarantee your shipment will arrive exactly when you expect it no matter the shipping method chosen or the amount paid. PLEASE ALLOW SUFFICIENT TIME!!! We make all diligent efforts to get your item ordered and shipped when expected. But reason and common sense must prevail anytime a shipment is made. Shipments occur during normal business hours only Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are excluded. Team Sports is not responsible for any particular shipping method manufacturers may choose or delays resulting from their internal operations, weather etc. Please contact us with any special shipping needs outside of normal shipping methods, PRIOR to ordering.

When Your Order Processing Begins:

  • Please choose your shipping method carefully. Please also be aware, we (and most manufacturers) do not receive or ship orders on the weekend. If ordering on a Friday (especially after 12:00 "noon" p.m. Pacific Time), Saturday, Sunday or Holiday despite our acceptance and/or acknowledgement of your order, it will not actually begin processing at our store or manufacturer/vendor until the following Monday, or next business day after a holiday. Due to order volumes, Team Sports cannot guarantee order placement by noon even if you order on a Friday morning, no matter the shipping method you choose. Your understanding and patience is much appreciated.
  • MOST manufacturers will NOT drop ship to a Post Office (P.O.) Box nor will they ship internationally or to U.S. territories (i.e. Puerto Rico, Guam etc.). Please include a physical delivery address whenever possible. Otherwise, we must ship the item to our store first and then mail it to you via USPS (United States Postal Service). Unless there is a special circumstance, Team Sports reserves the right to refuse shipment or add additional shipping costs to your order if you do not have a physical address available.
  • U.S. Military Shipments to APO/FPO's: Please include your complete military APO or FPO address, including the country and region designation. If the item is not already in our in-house inventory, we will attempt to order directly from the manufacturer and have your item shipped to our store in Chico, California via Faster Ground ship. We will then fill out the applicable Customs form and then ship to you via USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail. Please allow sufficient time for shipment, including order processing time (see above, When Your Order Processing Begins). Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Team Sports has no control over when your Military transport completes its part of the delivery. Items being sent to war zones may be delayed further depending on military conditions. Once your item enters into the USPS system, Team Sports no longer assumes any responsibility or liability.

International Orders/Shipments:

WE DO ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS VIA OUR WEBSITE. PLEASE EMAIL FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION REGARDING NON-U.S. ORDERS. THANK YOU.

  • Due to internet security reasons, Team Sports does NOT accept credit cards issued by non-U.S. Banks or from individuals outside of the United States. Your order will automatically be blocked or denied. However, may accept some international orders with prior permission only. You will be asked to email your credit card information to us or call our store directly at 530-894-8592. Please do not call on our toll free number. If approved, your name and billing information must identically match your shipping information. Should your order inadvertenly go through our system and be acknowledged, if you have an international phone number, your order may be delayed while we review your information. This does not mean you cannot order from us. Please contact us for further instructions on how to order. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes. ANY CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WILL BE VERIFIED FIRST WITH THE CARD ISSUING BANK. PLEASE PROVIDE A TOLL FREE BANK PHONE NUMBER AND ALLOW ADDITIONAL TIME FOR VERIFICATION TO TAKE PLACE.
  • All shipments outside the United States must first pass through Customs. Please note: Team Sports reserves the right to refuse shipments to any country, as well as certain embargoed countries per U.S. restrictions and applicable laws. If your country imposes duties or other taxes on the order, customer is solely responsible for those costs. All international orders are at risk! Team Sports will purchase postal insurance on your shipment, but will NOT provide tracking information or assume responsibility or liability for items lost or stolen in transit after entering the Postal systems. If your item is lost or stolen, it will be customer's responsibility to contact your local Customs Agency and Postal System. Shipping costs are subject to change without notice. Please note: We DO NOT SHIP to the following countries or regions period--Venezuela and South America, Africa, Middle East or Eastern Europe, including Russia (except as to pertains to U.S. Military personnel via a APO/FPO). All other countries will be approved on a case by case basis.

RATES:

Currently, Team Sports charges flat rates and are subject to change without notice. For shipping rates and approximate delivery times, please go to the product item check out cart and click on the down arrow on shipping methods. Click on price update to refresh the screen. You may also call or email us for "Call To Order" item rates. If ordering more than 4 items, please contact us prior to ordering online. We reserve the right to charge your credit card additional shipping fees for orders containing more than 4 items. Orders containing multiple like items (minimum of 6) may qualify for a team discount. Please call or email. Shipping must be calculated on weight rather than a flat fee for team orders. PLEASE CHOOSE SHIPPING APPROPRIATELY. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico have different rates and delivery times than those to the lower U.S. 48 states.
